Technical System Specialist

We are now looking for a Technical System Specialist for our Incident Services team with the ambition to become an expert in the operation and integration of our business system from an application and system perspective.
Main requirements:
  • Early career professional with post-secondary education in a relevant field or equivalent knowledge through work experience.
  • Experience with Windows server-based solutions.
  • Experience in problem solving related to technical infrastructure and application operations.
  • Experience troubleshooting integrations between applications.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft T-SQL.
  • Fluent in both spoken and written Swedish and English.
Responsibilities:
  • Be an expert in technical infrastructure and integration of the business system from an application and system perspective.
  • Serve as a technical expert in troubleshooting and investigations.
  • Lead and develop routines for incoming incidents in the Frontline.
  • Responsible for scheduling and ensuring incidents are dispatched quickly and efficiently to the right specialist team.
  • Collaborate with a colleague during dispatch days (between 8-17).
