As a Project Manager with us, you are offered a varied, challenging, and client-focused role. You will have a varied workday at one of our clients and the role will change depending on the assignment. We seek someone with several years of experience as an IT project manager with a previous background as a system developer. Experience in consulting roles, preferably at medium-sized companies, is valued. You have a good understanding of agile development methodologies such as SAFe or Scrum. Since many of our clients are in the public sector, experience with PM3, XLPM, or other project management models is meriting. You have good experience working with Jira or similar tools. Experience as a product owner or in requirements analysis is very meriting. You have a relevant degree from a university or college education. You are able to collaborate and communicate in both Swedish and English. We place great emphasis on personal qualities such as good problem-solving skills and flexibility. You are communicative and easily build trust. You enjoy sharing your knowledge with others and are open to new insights and learnings.
