The role involves supporting IT users through ongoing support and assisting in digitalizing a workshop environment using advanced diagnostic tools. Main requirements:
  • Previous professional experience in IT support or system technology.
  • Good knowledge of Windows 10/11 (Enterprise environment).
  • Proficiency with Office 365 applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience using Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat Pro.
  • Ability to provide at least two references confirming relevant work experience.
  • Ability to present an unblemished criminal record extract.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to employees on-site in Gothenburg.
  • Support users in the use of advanced diagnostic tools in a workshop setting.
  • Liaise with external IT suppliers.
  • Conduct internal training sessions and briefings.
  • Document work processes and create manuals as needed.
