System Administrator

We are seeking a System Administrator with experience in servicedesk and user support for a short assignment with one of our clients in Malmö. The assignment runs from July 2 to August 31, 2025. This role is ideal for someone technically skilled and experienced in handling user support via phone and ticketing systems. You will be an important part of the IT support, assisting users with troubleshooting, account management, and simple technical queries.
Main requirements:
  • At least 1 year experience in servicedesk or similar support function
  • Good technical understanding of networks, hardware, and account management
  • Experience with ticketing systems
  • Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both oral and written
  • Ability to work structured and service-oriented under time pressure
Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to users via phone and ticketing system
  • Troubleshoot network equipment such as printers, routers, switches
  • Manage accounts, permissions and password issues
  • Answer incoming calls related to technical problems and provide guidance
  • Follow up on cases and document according to applicable routines
