Main requirements:
  • Drive and develop a strong HSE culture within the organization.
  • Support and coach responsible managers and line functions on HSE matters.
  • Monitor HSE goals and report status and actions.
  • Analyze HSE requirements, incident investigations, and audits to identify patterns, root causes, risks, and trends.
  • Deliver value-adding proposals, improvements, and best practices.
  • Train, coach, and support the organization in health, safety, and environmental issues.
  • Assist internal and external audit teams and conduct internal management system audits according to ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, and ISO 50001:2018.
  • Lead or assist in risk assessments, hazard investigations, and near-miss reports.
  • Manage daily facility-related tasks and activities.
  • Coordinate cross-functional HSE collaboration.
Responsibilities:
  • Promote and sustain a safe and compliant working environment through strong HSE leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with Swedish HSE legislation and international standards.
  • Provide expert guidance on environmental, chemical, energy, and Seveso-related matters.
  • Engage with management teams to implement effective HSE strategies.
  • Support continuous improvement in HSE performance.
Required hard skills:
  • Knowledge of Swedish HSE legislation.
  • Experience with ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 50001:2018 standards and audit processes.
  • Risk assessment and incident investigation skills.
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • Facility management and related operational knowledge.
