Main requirements:
- Drive and develop a strong HSE culture within the organization.
- Support and coach responsible managers and line functions on HSE matters.
- Monitor HSE goals and report status and actions.
- Analyze HSE requirements, incident investigations, and audits to identify patterns, root causes, risks, and trends.
- Deliver value-adding proposals, improvements, and best practices.
- Train, coach, and support the organization in health, safety, and environmental issues.
- Assist internal and external audit teams and conduct internal management system audits according to ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, and ISO 50001:2018.
- Lead or assist in risk assessments, hazard investigations, and near-miss reports.
- Manage daily facility-related tasks and activities.
- Coordinate cross-functional HSE collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Promote and sustain a safe and compliant working environment through strong HSE leadership.
- Ensure compliance with Swedish HSE legislation and international standards.
- Provide expert guidance on environmental, chemical, energy, and Seveso-related matters.
- Engage with management teams to implement effective HSE strategies.
- Support continuous improvement in HSE performance.
Required hard skills:
- Knowledge of Swedish HSE legislation.
- Experience with ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 50001:2018 standards and audit processes.
- Risk assessment and incident investigation skills.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Facility management and related operational knowledge.
