Product Development Manager

Lead projects to improve Product Development processes from opportunity assessment to deployment, managing schedules, scopes, budgets, and risk. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and outstanding results.
Main requirements:
  • Identify and assess process improvement opportunities actively driving process excellence
  • Define project requirements, scope, timelines
  • Coordinate and motivate internal and external team members to adhere to scope, schedule, and budget
  • Analyze project status and revise plans to meet project requirements
  • Maintain relationships with stakeholders and provide project updates
  • Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders and Steering Committee
  • Establish and track key success metrics
  • Analyze and benchmark process flows to optimize current processes
  • Support training initiatives and prepare training materials
Responsibilities:
  • Lead projects to improve product development processes
  • Identify schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans
  • Mitigate risks associated with projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless cooperation
  • Report project progress and performance to stakeholders
Required hard skills:
  • Project management in product development/lifecycle management (5-8 years)
  • Business process mapping
  • Business requirement analysis
  • Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Expertise with project management tools and enterprise systems integration (e.g., PLM, Teams, SharePoint, Miro)
  • Effective communication and management skills
  • Master's degree in engineering, computer science, project management, business management or related field
