Senior Active Directory Specialist

Seeking a senior IAM specialist focused on Active Directory to manage and develop AD in business-critical, secure, and highly available environments. This role includes working on access management, security hardening, and infrastructure operations within defense industry technology. The position starts as a consultancy with the possibility to convert to a permanent role at the client.
Main requirements:
  • Several years experience in Active Directory system administration
  • Deep knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and identity management
  • Understanding of infrastructure, networking, and system administration
  • Experience with modern IT operations, preferably with GitOps principles
  • Advanced skills in PowerShell and scripting
Responsibilities:
  • Ensure stable and secure Active Directory environment through ongoing operations, monitoring, and patching
  • Perform hardening and security configuration of Active Directory
  • Manage permissions and delegation
  • Provide expertise on IAM-related matters
  • Troubleshoot and handle incidents
  • Setup and operate some infrastructure components
  • Proactively improve and automate processes, documentation and workflows with PowerShell scripting
