Salesforce Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Consultant to join Sopra Steria's growing Salesforce team. In this role, you will combine strategic advisory and technical implementation to optimize clients' business processes using the latest Salesforce technologies, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and emerging tools such as Agentforce, Data Cloud, and Revenue Cloud.
Main requirements:
  • 3–5 years of Salesforce experience including requirements analysis, solution design, and configuration
  • Experience with Salesforce Core Clouds: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
  • Competence in Salesforce configuration, especially Flow Builder and low-code automation
  • Experience with emerging technologies such as Generative AI and integration solutions
  • Knowledge in requirements gathering, project management, and agile working methods
  • Ability to act as an advisor, understand customer needs and translate them into value-creating solutions
  • Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement Salesforce projects, including new features and optimization of existing solutions
  • Implement and configure Salesforce applications such as Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
  • Automate processes using tools like Salesforce Flow Builder and other low-code solutions
  • Lead workshops and requirements gathering with clients
  • Advise on how Salesforce can be used to create business value
  • Participate in projects involving new technologies like Agentforce, Data Cloud, and Revenue Cloud
