We are seeking a consultant for one of our clients to collaborate with internal resources to strengthen the university's capabilities in AI and support their AI transformation efforts. The assignment will be iterative and agile, potentially varying based on organizational decisions. The role involves creating engagement within the organization regarding AI and digitization opportunities, coordinating activities, and supporting IT director's AI management plan at the university.
Main requirements:
- Minimum 7 years experience as a Project Manager in IT and digitalization/AI.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with different teams and experts from business and IT.
- Strong communication skills targeting audiences at various levels.
- Experience developing and implementing working methods and processes.
- Experience coordinating and conducting training efforts like courses and workshops in digitalization.
- Relevant academic degree.
- Basic AI knowledge.
- Coaching approach.
- 5 years experience in public administration and/or authorities, preferably universities or higher education institutions.
- Strong knowledge of information gathering and organizational anchoring.
- Structured, systematic, and strong analytical skills.
Responsibilities:
- Create engagement in the organization about how AI and digitalization can be used in business areas.
- Act as a central coordinator by executing activities, coordinating, and offering support related to IT director's AI management plan.
- Support communication and coaching internally to inspire and assist the organization in exploring AI possibilities.
- Support guidelines and working methods development arising from the AI regulation, e.g., assist Security Department.
- Develop systematic methods and supportive approaches promoting innovation and exploration of AI, including testing and evaluating AI tools based on AI regulation, GDPR, and data security.
- Coordinate the implementation of courses and workshops related to AI topics such as prompt engineering.
- Map and evaluate AI tools across education, research, administration, and infrastructure by involving relevant university operations.
- Capture and anchor AI-related needs within university administration and prepare decision documents for further case processing.
Required hard skills:
- Project management with minimum 7 years in IT/digitalization/AI.
- Cross-functional teamwork with business and IT experts.

- Coordination and delivery of training (courses/workshops) in digitalization.
- Relevant academic degree.
