Main requirements:
  • Minimum one year experience in technical support or customer service.
  • Strong motivation and interest in IT development and working with large clients.
  • Fluent Swedish and English communication skills.
  • Customer-focused approach with high service quality.
  • Ability to work well in a team with honesty and consistency.
  • Flexible and open to development and handling diverse tasks.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide quality support via phone, email, and chat to end users of the customer.
  • Deliver solutions to technical issues and inquiries.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems using remote control and automation tools.
  • Participate in improvement processes for incident, change, and problem management.
Required hard skills:
  • Support within Office 365, MS Office, Windows, Windows Server.
  • Knowledge of networking, firewalls, WiFi, security, backup.
  • Experience with Active Directory and Mac systems.
