As a Platform Engineer, you will play a key role in creating the best possible conditions for the company's developers by improving their work environment, tools, and productivity. Your main focus is Developer Experience (DevEx) – ensuring developers can work efficiently without unnecessary obstacles and with the best available tools. You will analyze and identify bottlenecks in the development flow, then develop and implement solutions that optimize work processes. Improving the onboarding process for new developers to make it smooth and fast is important. You will create and maintain clear and user-friendly documentation, guides, and training materials related to development tools and processes. Additionally, you will work data-driven by collecting and analyzing insights to measure progress and identify areas for improvement. Close collaboration with development teams will ensure new tools and processes are integrated in a way that creates real value for the organization.
