Join our IT Operations and Consulting team at Further AB to contribute to the maintenance and development of customer IT environments primarily based on Microsoft 365 and Azure. We seek passionate individuals with a strong technical background in Microsoft 365 and Azure, experience in IT operations or consulting, who thrive in a commercial environment and want to contribute to business growth.
Main requirements:
  • Several years of experience with system administration of Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
  • Customer-focused, communicative, unpretentious, with an interest in new technologies.
  • Ability to work mostly on-site at the Kista office.
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the team to improve and further develop customers' IT environments, often communicating directly with the customer's representatives.
  • Handle daily operations of customers' IT infrastructure, primarily Microsoft 365 and related services.
  • Participate in or lead projects such as onboarding new customers or change projects with existing customers.
Required hard skills:
  • System administration of Microsoft 365/Azure environments.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure.
  • Networking and firewalls expertise.
Recommended hard skills:
  • Windows Server administration.
  • Infrastructure knowledge including WiFi, LAN, and firewalls.
  • SharePoint Online.
  • Power Automate and Power Platform.
  • PowerShell scripting.
  • Intune, Autopilot, Lighthouse management.
  • Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio.
  • Certifications related to Microsoft technologies.
