Cambio Healthcare Systems AB is seeking an Operational Manager for Identity and Access Management (IAM). The position involves managing IAM processes and systems, ensuring compliance, coordinating IAM operations, and enhancing user experience with IAM solutions in a healthcare context. The role includes collaboration with various teams and compliance with laws and regulations, with a focus on both internal and external IAM.
Main requirements:
  • 2-5 years experience in access management systems, lifecycle management and operations
  • Good technical understanding of IAM solutions
  • Familiarity with best practices and compliance standards
  • Experience working in larger organizations
  • Good understanding of ITIL
  • Process Optimization skills, particularly automation and integration
  • Strong collaboration and networking skills to align IAM with business needs
  • Strong communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Responsibilities:
  • Plan, coordinate, and lead IAM system operations
  • Ensure smooth user experience by establishing training, support, and lifecycle management plans
  • Collaborate with teams and form working areas
  • Ensure processes comply with laws, regulations, external policies, and internal policies
Required hard skills:
  • Experience with access management system operations and lifecycle management
