Join Payified AB, a fast-growing fintech company offering the innovative software Betalkontroll to ensure secure and accurate payments. As Onboarding & Technical Support, you will work closely with customers during onboarding, managing technical integration, configuration, and training. Provide top-class ongoing support and collaborate with the development team to influence product improvements. This is a full-time position based in central Gamla Stan, Sweden, with direct employment by Payified. The recruitment process includes a self-assessment soft skills test facilitated by Clevry.
Main requirements:
- Experience configuring servers and services
- Experience in IT support and/or IT operations
- Excellent Swedish and English communication skills, both spoken and written
Responsibilities:
- Manage technical aspects of the onboarding process
- Provide top-class customer support via phone, email, chat, and video meetings
- Collaborate with and support Betalkontroll's development team to improve the product
Required hard skills:
- Server and service configuration
- IT support and IT operations
Recommended hard skills:
- Experience with JSON, XML, and structured data
- Experience with system integrations via files and/or APIs
- Knowledge of SFTP and file communication protocols
