Main requirements:
  • Education in IT with several years of technical experience (installation, monitoring, support)
  • Good knowledge of ITSM framework
  • Good knowledge of modern IT infrastructure, workplace solutions and IT security
  • Proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Responsibilities:
  • Support local IT operations at production sites
  • Manage and administer local IT equipment
  • Ensure business systems and applications perform optimally
  • Act as liaison between operations, external suppliers, and central IT organization
  • Develop and improve routines and processes
  • Monitor and troubleshoot servers, network connections, and IT equipment
  • Coordinate and support local application systems
  • Manage access rights according to IT security policies
  • Participate in selection and procurement of new applications
  • Collaborate with suppliers and colleagues on installations and upgrades
