We are looking for a skilled and experienced Software Engineer to develop a new multi-brand platform for vision cameras in the automotive industry. The role requires expertise in image pipelines, embedded software development on Linux, networking, and video streaming protocols, within an agile team environment.
Main requirements:
  • Experience with image pipelines for camera-based automotive solutions
  • Familiarity with automotive domain especially image processing and sensor technology
  • Embedded software development in Linux environment
  • Networking knowledge for embedded Linux applications (DHCP, VLAN, ipconfig, multicast/unicast)
  • Good understanding of ethernet communication for IP cameras
  • Knowledge of video streaming protocols such as SOME/IP, RTP, RTSP
  • Experience in video processing including H264 encoding/decoding
  • Understanding of video streaming handling including synchronization and multi-video feed management
  • Ability to work effectively in an agile team setup
  • Active participation in agile ceremonies
Responsibilities:
  • Developing software for multi-brand vision camera platform
  • Collaborating closely with Product Owner and Scrum Master to ensure agile delivery
  • Participating in daily stand-ups, sprint planning and PI planning
  • Applying expertise in embedded Linux, networking, and video streaming to develop robust solutions
