IT Support Technician

Join Addovation on an exciting growth journey where no two days are the same. We are looking for an engaged and self-driven IT Support Technician to join our internal IT department, providing daily IT support to employees and ensuring seamless IT environment operation across all offices.
Main requirements:
  • Previous experience in IT support or helpdesk roles
  • Proficient knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft 365
  • Experience with troubleshooting and problem resolution
  • Familiarity with AD/Entra ID and Intune
  • Strong prioritization skills
  • Fluent in Swedish and English (spoken and written)
  • Valid B driver's license for business travel
Responsibilities:
  • Provide daily IT support to users both on-site and remotely
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with computers, printers, networks, and other office equipment
  • Manage purchasing, installation, and maintenance of IT equipment
  • Ensure shared IT equipment across offices functions properly
  • Perform IT onboarding for new employees including account setup, rights assignment, and workstation preparation following standardized processes
  • Monitor, document, and follow up on cases in the ticketing system
  • Travel to offices in Sweden, Norway, and Finland as needed
  • Write IT user guides for the organization
