IT Support Technician

Join Addovation on an exciting growth journey where no two days are the same. We are looking for an engaged and self-driven IT Support Technician to join our internal IT department, providing daily IT support to employees and ensuring seamless IT environment operation across all offices.
Main requirements:
- Previous experience in IT support or helpdesk roles
- Proficient knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft 365
- Experience with troubleshooting and problem resolution
- Familiarity with AD/Entra ID and Intune
- Strong prioritization skills
- Fluent in Swedish and English (spoken and written)
- Valid B driver's license for business travel
Responsibilities:
- Provide daily IT support to users both on-site and remotely
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with computers, printers, networks, and other office equipment
- Manage purchasing, installation, and maintenance of IT equipment
- Ensure shared IT equipment across offices functions properly
- Perform IT onboarding for new employees including account setup, rights assignment, and workstation preparation following standardized processes
- Monitor, document, and follow up on cases in the ticketing system
- Travel to offices in Sweden, Norway, and Finland as needed
- Write IT user guides for the organization
