Main requirements:
- Several years of experience in IT testing and quality assurance, preferably with ServiceNow or other SaaS platforms
- Experience in test automation using tools such as Selenium, TestNG, or similar
- Knowledge of ITSM, ITIL, and agile working methodologies
- Ability to analyze test results and recommend improvements
- Relevant academic education in IT or equivalent
- Fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written
Responsibilities:
- Own test strategy, test planning, and execution of tests within ServiceNow
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts to streamline quality assurance processes
- Identify and report bugs, ensuring they are addressed following best practices
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery
- Work on performance, integration, and regression testing
- Implement and improve test processes according to agile methodologies
