In this role, you will have overall technical responsibility for several of our clients, working proactively with the customer responsible and your client team to drive the client's digital development through close dialogue and cooperative engagement. You will ensure IT environments are maintained and further developed to create the best conditions for the customer's business and growth.
Main requirements:
  • Approximately 5 years of experience as an IT technician and/or Technical Account Manager
  • Good knowledge of IT environments such as traditional IT operations, cloud solutions like Microsoft 365, and network communication
  • Post-secondary education in technology/IT or equivalent experience
  • Fluent in Swedish and English
  • Valid driver's license
Responsibilities:
  • Act as a technical sounding board and advisor in clients' IT environments
  • Conduct strategic and operational meetings with clients
  • Lead and coordinate projects together with the technical team
  • Plan, execute, and follow up delivery and development meetings
  • Work proactively to develop and maintain client relationships long-term
