Work in IT and support at a growing tech company, Aveki AB, which develops GIS-based business systems for the community building sector, serving over half of Sweden's municipalities and congregations. The role involves daily IT support internally, supporting customer support with technical issues, installing and maintaining computers and office equipment, managing system and server operations, administering Microsoft 365 environment and Entra ID, and improving IT documentation. The position is based in Växjö with occasional travel to other offices.
Main requirements:
  • Passion for IT and technology
  • Previous experience in IT support or technical customer service
  • Formal IT education preferred
  • Good knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, and client management
  • Experience with servers and networks is a merit
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
  • Service-oriented, structured, curious, solution-focused, practical work approach
Responsibilities:
  • Provide daily internal IT support
  • Assist customer support in customer-related technical matters
  • Install, update, and prepare computers and office equipment
  • Responsible for ongoing operation and maintenance of systems and servers
  • Administration of Microsoft 365 environment and management of Entra ID
  • Contribute to ongoing documentation and improvement of IT environment
