Seeking solution-oriented and service-minded IT consultants with experience in support and operations for various roles within IT support and operations at a governmental authority. Roles vary from operations technicians focusing on infrastructure and maintenance to support technicians handling user support and incident management. Main requirements:
  • At least one year of documented experience working in Windows environments, Active Directory, and Office 365
  • Experience in IT support and/or IT operations, preferably within the public sector
  • Experience with client management and troubleshooting
  • Fluent Swedish in both spoken and written form
Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshooting and incident management within IT support
  • Operation and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure
  • Installation, configuration, and upgrades of software and hardware
  • Management of user accounts and permissions
