Technical support role focusing on troubleshooting and problem-solving for Fast2's property management system, engaging with customers and internal teams using ITIL processes.
Main requirements:
  • Experience in technical support, preferably with business systems or similar.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and database management.
  • Familiarity with issue tracking systems, preferably Jira.
  • Good understanding of Windows and/or Linux environments.
  • Service-oriented and solution-focused work approach.
Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot software, databases, and system environments.
  • Handle cases in Jira.
  • Document and improve solutions and processes.
  • Create and manage Requests for Change (RFC).
  • Contribute to projects and improvement work together with other support teams.
Required hard skills:
