Main requirements:
  • At least 3 years of work experience in similar IT support role with a high school diploma or equivalent education
  • Or at least 2 years of work experience in similar role with relevant IT education such as university engineering degree or vocational higher education
  • Good knowledge of computers, peripheral devices, operating systems, networks, communication and information security
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office or equivalent
  • Good knowledge of ticketing systems such as Easit GO or ServiceNow
  • Good knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM)
  • Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Responsibilities:
  • Ensure IT equipment functions properly
  • Provide service support to users via phone, email and chat regarding hardware and software
  • Administer IT environments (e.g., user accounts, permissions, print queues)
  • Instruct users on how to use various programs
