Main requirements:
  • Several years of experience working with ServiceNow, preferably in an architect role
  • Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform functionalities, modules, and integration possibilities
  • Experience designing scalable and sustainable solutions within ServiceNow
  • Good knowledge of ITSM, ITIL, and agile work methods
  • Ability to lead technical discussions and guide customers and development teams
  • Relevant academic education in IT or equivalent
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement ServiceNow architecture to meet business and technical requirements
  • Ensure the platform is scalable, secure, and sustainable over time
  • Serve as a technical advisor for customers and internal teams regarding platform best practices
  • Lead and participate in technical workshops and requirements gathering with customers
  • Collaborate with development teams to optimize performance and functionality
  • Ensure that ServiceNow configuration and development follow established standards and guidelines
