Main requirements:
- Several years of experience working with ServiceNow, preferably in an architect role
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform functionalities, modules, and integration possibilities
- Experience designing scalable and sustainable solutions within ServiceNow
- Good knowledge of ITSM, ITIL, and agile work methods
- Ability to lead technical discussions and guide customers and development teams
- Relevant academic education in IT or equivalent
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement ServiceNow architecture to meet business and technical requirements
- Ensure the platform is scalable, secure, and sustainable over time
- Serve as a technical advisor for customers and internal teams regarding platform best practices
- Lead and participate in technical workshops and requirements gathering with customers
- Collaborate with development teams to optimize performance and functionality
- Ensure that ServiceNow configuration and development follow established standards and guidelines
