We are seeking a senior and results-oriented Data Management Consultant with deep expertise in Data Quality and Data Governance. You will work as an advisor to our clients, helping them develop and implement effective data management strategies. The role involves bridging IT and business to deliver tailored data management solutions.
Main requirements:
- Relevant degree in computer science, information systems, economics, mathematics or equivalent.
- 3-5 years experience as a consultant in data management, data quality or data governance.
- Deep understanding of databases, data modeling, ETL processes, and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients and present technical topics clearly.
- Strong ability to analyze data quality issues and provide both practical and strategic solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects within timelines and budgets. Experience with change management is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to analyze and understand business needs and design customized data management strategies.
- Provide expertise in Data Quality and Data Governance ensuring strategies meet best practices and industry standards aligned with client's business needs.
- Evaluate existing client data to identify quality issues and suggest solutions.
- Design and implement processes to monitor and improve data quality over time.
- Support clients in establishing and managing data governance frameworks, including policy development and regulatory compliance.
- Work with client's technical teams to implement data management and data quality solutions, including data integration and automation.
- Develop and deliver training programs to clients and their teams to raise awareness of data management and data quality.
