Responsibilities:
- Document cases in various incident management systems
- Support technicians with installations and more advanced IT issues
- Handle incidents via phone, email, and Teams
- Collect and forward technical information
- Troubleshoot apps and systems that are malfunctioning
Required hard skills:
- Experience working with ticketing systems
- Previous servicedesk/support experience

- Experience with Microsoft 365
