Main requirements:
- Fluent in Danish, Swedish, and English (spoken and written)
- Strong interest in IT
- Experience in customer service or technical support is meritorious
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, networking, Windows Server, and hardware
Responsibilities:
- Receive and handle support requests from customer users with professional and polite service
- Manage client computers, servers, and mobile phones
- Work within Windows environment including Microsoft 365 and related business applications
- Administer accounts in Active Directory and Azure/Entra ID
- Follow up and complete support cases focusing on customer satisfaction
- Identify and report recurring issues within the support delivery
