Main requirements:
  • Fluent in Danish, Swedish, and English (spoken and written)
  • Strong interest in IT
  • Experience in customer service or technical support is meritorious
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365, networking, Windows Server, and hardware
Responsibilities:
  • Receive and handle support requests from customer users with professional and polite service
  • Manage client computers, servers, and mobile phones
  • Work within Windows environment including Microsoft 365 and related business applications
  • Administer accounts in Active Directory and Azure/Entra ID
  • Follow up and complete support cases focusing on customer satisfaction
  • Identify and report recurring issues within the support delivery
