Main requirements:
  • At least 10 years of experience in technical support/management
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills (often using logs)
  • Experience working with ServiceNow and ITIL
  • Genuine interest in IT and technology in general
  • Good collaboration and communication skills
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Willingness to work regular office hours (8-17) with on-call duties evenings and weekends (Service hours 07:00-22:00)
  • Driven, engaged, and curious attitude
Responsibilities:
  • Take main responsibility for the management and support team and contribute to long-term and stable solutions for healthcare customers
  • Handle support tickets and troubleshooting to ensure stability and continuity
  • Build close customer relationships and contribute ideas supporting Inera's long-term goals
Required hard skills:
  • Microsoft SQL
  • Experience with DevOps practices
  • Experience with Kubernetes
  • Experience with Docker
  • Experience with ServiceNow and ITIL frameworks
