We are looking for an experienced IM/IA technician with over 8 years of experience in client management and security within large enterprise environments. The candidate should have skills in SCCM, Intune, and patch management, and will have the opportunity to work with advanced and cutting-edge technology solutions. The role includes responsibility for advanced client operations around SCCM, Windows, Active Directory, GPO management, rollout projects, lifecycle management, Intune implementation and optimization, security solutions including Defender for Endpoint and XDR, patch management, application management and packaging, and process automation with PowerShell and PSADT.
Main requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in client operations and security
- Experience working in complex IT environments focusing on security and stability
- Proficient knowledge and practical experience with SCCM, Windows, and Active Directory
- Experience managing GPOs in large enterprise environments
- Experience with Intune, Defender for Endpoint, and Security Dashboards
- Experience implementing XDR and security solutions
- Patch management and application packaging expertise
- Skills in PowerShell scripting and PowerShell App Deploy Toolkit (PSADT)
Responsibilities:
- Oversee advanced client operations including SCCM, Windows, Active Directory management
- Manage Group Policy Objects (GPO) and undertake deployment projects and lifecycle management for systems and applications
- Implement and optimize Intune and security solutions such as Defender for Endpoint and XDR
- Execute patch management ensuring high standards of security in large enterprise environments
- Handle application management and packaging, including lifecycle processes
- Use PowerShell App Deploy Toolkit (PSADT) and PowerShell to automate and streamline processes
