Seeking an experienced Workplace Technician to contribute to the development of future digital workplaces, handling and developing workplace services based on modern technology, supporting daily operations and participating in strategic projects to create efficient, secure, and user-friendly solutions.
Main requirements:
  • 3-5 years experience with workplace solutions and user-focused IT
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Intune, Azure AD, Microsoft 365
  • Experience with Windows Server and PowerShell
  • Understanding of ITIL and experience working structured in projects
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical problems and develop user-friendly solutions
Responsibilities:
  • Handle 2nd and 3rd line support to ensure smooth and efficient workplace operations
  • Implement new workplace services working closely with project teams
  • Responsible for operation, management, and development of workplace services
  • Continuously optimize systems and processes to improve user experience
  • Use PowerShell and other scripting tools to automate workflows
  • Ensure workplace services comply with current security standards and meet user needs effectively and securely
