We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Operations Technician with solid Linux skills to join our team at Genesis IT AB. You will monitor and maintain Linux-based systems and servers, ensuring high availability and performance. You will troubleshoot technical issues and participate in system upgrades and maintenance. This role is based in our own server hall in Luleå, working with the cloud-based iFenix business system platform.
Main requirements:
  • Solid knowledge of Linux administration
  • Experience in scripting and automation
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Good problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
  • Fluent Swedish and English spoken and written
Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and maintain Linux-based systems and servers
  • Ensure high availability and performance of services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems
  • Participate in planning and execution of system upgrades and maintenance
Required hard skills:

  • PHP or other programming languages
  • Maintenance and troubleshooting MySQL queries
