The office for the development of core processes at the Government Offices is seeking to shape the digital working methods of the Government Offices. The role involves business-driven development, process development, requirements analysis, and collaboration across multiple stakeholders to drive a cohesive digital approach in governmental administration.
Main requirements:
  • Academic degree in a relevant field or equivalent knowledge.
  • Experience in development of business processes.
  • Experience in documenting and translating business needs into applicable solutions.
  • Experience working as a business developer, requirements analyst, UX designer or product owner in projects or teams related to business development.
  • Experience with BPM or process tools, e.g., Pega Infinity is advantageous.
  • Experience in developing working methods via changes in routines, guidelines, and instructions is favorable.
  • Experience with IT tools for requirements management and visualization like Figma, Microsoft Visio, Azure DevOps is beneficial.
  • Experience working in public administration or politically governed organizations is meritorious.
  • Good knowledge of business development through digitalization.
  • Strong skills in requirements management, business and process development, change management, and user experience.
Responsibilities:
  • Drive and coordinate development of core business work methods.
  • Develop and continuously improve digital workflows for governmental matters.
  • Design digital tools, modify routines, guidelines, and templates.
  • Represent core business needs and act as a sounding board for decision-making.
  • Translate and document business requirements into concrete solutions.
  • Facilitate dialogues about business development of core processes.
  • Develop user stories, process maps, and flowcharts.
  • Prepare materials for revision of routines and guidelines.
  • Support communication and training activities related to changes.
  • Coordinate and communicate solution implications to stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the head of the office and other colleagues.
  • Adapt tasks and focus areas over time as needed.
Required hard skills:
  • Academic qualifications in relevant areas or equivalent.
  • Experience in business process development and documentation.
  • Requirements analysis and business development.
  • Use of BPM/process tools (e.g., Pega Infinity).
  • Use of IT tools for requirements management and visualization (e.g., Figma, Visio, Azure DevOps).
