Seeking an experienced project manager to work with the management and development of digital support systems within Norrköping's Community Building Office, focusing on driving efficient and structured use of digital tools to support office-wide collaboration and goals.
Main requirements:
  • Relevant higher education or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience as a project manager, preferably with procurement, implementation, and decommissioning of digital systems
  • Experience managing and maintaining digital support systems
  • Knowledge or experience in developing or implementing new working methods and change management
  • System proficiency to act as a requirements setter for services, systems, and programs
  • Familiarity with PM3 or a comparable management model is advantageous
  • Independent work style with a focus on improving and simplifying digital support
  • Strong communication skills, including ability to tailor messages to target audiences
  • Ability to clarify expectations, follow up, and drive results within set timelines
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-changing work environment
  • Proficient Swedish language skills in both speech and writing
Responsibilities:
  • Drive the management and development of digital support systems within the office
  • Engage at various organizational levels and maintain multiple stakeholder contacts
  • Investigate and assess additional digital system needs for the office
  • Collaborate with colleague object managers to develop materials and promote understanding and use of object management within the office
  • Lead object specialists and act as a link between business needs, system providers, and the IT/digitalization department
  • Coordinate and lead efforts to achieve set goals for digital support systems
  • Contribute operational project management within activities or projects related to digital support systems, including procurement and implementation projects
  • Manage a steering group together with two department heads and provide decision support material
