Join Avinode as a Voice of the Customer Analyst to provide strong communication and analytical skills driving customer experience insights across multiple platforms, with the flexibility of working from Gothenburg or remotely in Sweden.
Main requirements:
- Experience working in a digital/SaaS company
- Minimum 4 years' experience in a similar analytical role
- Strong analytics capability to understand and analyze metrics and convert them into actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
- Experience with Power BI and data analysis; knowledge of SQL is a significant plus
Responsibilities:
- Drive insights from customer data focusing initially on early stages of the customer journey such as sales experience, onboarding, and website feedback
- Proactively present insights without waiting for requests, connecting NPS, churn, and user behavior to drive change
- Expand and scale existing feedback structures, especially around surveys and touchpoints
- Own and improve survey quality and automation
- Lead Voice of the Customer tooling initiatives, promoting adoption, optimization, and continuous development of customer feedback management tools
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, CX, Sales, and Support teams to translate insights into actions
