SAP Implementation Lead

Seeking an experienced business SAP Implementation Lead to oversee SAP deployment within procurement. Must have strong background in procurement processes, SAP implementation, and project management.
Main requirements:
  • Proven experience leading SAP implementation projects in procurement domain
  • Solid understanding of procurement processes
  • Ability to lead in a high-paced environment with multiple dependencies
  • Relevant university degree such as Project Management, Industrial Engineering, or Business Management
  • Fluent in English
Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP procurement solutions
  • Own and support change management journey for procurement
  • Develop and manage project plans and timelines
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless process transition and implementation
  • Oversee training activities and workshops for end-users
  • Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements
  • Oversee data migration to ensure smooth transition to new systems
  • Ensure data integrity and integration with existing systems
  • Drive continuous improvement and optimization of procurement implementation processes
