Support Technician

We are looking for a skilled support technician to provide IT support to end users at several clients in southern Skåne, including Malmö, Lund, and Trelleborg. The role involves helping users with various IT-related issues over phone, remote access, or email, working extensively with Active Directory, and supporting mail, printers, and customer-specific applications.
Main requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in IT or related field.
  • Previous experience in telephone support and/or onsite support is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange, Citrix, and ticketing systems.
  • Fluent Swedish in spoken and written form is required.
  • Service-oriented with a strong desire to provide excellent support.
  • Driving license is meritorious.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist users with various IT-related problems via phone, remote access, or email.
  • Manage Active Directory tasks such as creating accounts and managing permissions.
  • Support users with mail problems, printer issues, customer-specific applications, and other IT problems encountered.
  • Maintain excellent customer contact and act as a problem solver.
