The Use Case Management Coordinator plays a central role in identifying, developing, and implementing use cases for technical solutions at a leading tech company. The coordinator works closely with engineers and project managers to ensure that products meet customer needs and exceed expectations, managing projects to be delivered on time and within budget while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
Main requirements:
  • Solid experience as a project manager or team leader in the tech industry.
  • Excellent English skills, both spoken and written.
  • Experience working in security-classified environments with responsibility handling sensitive information.
  • Ability to obtain security clearance as per applicable security protection regulations.
  • Certain citizenship required due to security clearance.
Responsibilities:
  • Identify and analyze new use cases for company products.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement solutions.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Evaluate and report on project progress and results.
Required hard skills:
  • Project management in tech industry.
  • Security clearance and experience handling sensitive information.
  • English language proficiency.
Recommended hard skills:
  • Knowledge of Swedish.
  • Technical experience in manufacturing industry, preferably automotive.
  • Engineering degree or equivalent education.
