Test Engineer – Hardware & Test Systems

We are looking for an engaged and technically versatile test engineer for our client in the defense industry. You will work on developing both hardware and software for advanced test solutions aimed at ensuring functionality, reliability, and quality in critical electronic systems. Main requirements:
  • Engineering degree in electronics, mechatronics, computer engineering or similar
  • At least 3 years of experience in hardware testing or test system development
  • Experience with LabView, TestStand or equivalent test tools
  • Good communication skills in both Swedish and English
  • Knowledge in Mentor Graphics and experience with automated test benches or electronics production is a merit
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain test equipment for electronic systems and circuit boards
  • Create and implement test strategies and perform hardware-level troubleshooting
  • Participate in requirements specification, design, and verification of test solutions
  • Perform environmental tests and validation of electronic components
  • Collaborate closely with development teams, production, and quality departments
