Join the HR department at Partille municipality – an engaged team at the forefront tasked with building a sustainable organization. We are in an exciting development phase, future-proofing HR and payroll with a newly negotiated Heroma agreement that includes substitute modules, competence modules, simplified hiring processes, and changed scheduling workflows. As system responsible, you will be a key person in the digital transition and part of a team willing to try new things and think ahead.
Main requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in systems science, HR or equivalent experience
  • Deep experience with Heroma or similar HR systems
  • Good knowledge of resource management and staffing
  • Good knowledge of laws and agreements
  • Experience in payroll administration and process development
  • Ability to work with SQL, testing, documentation and market analysis
Responsibilities:
  • Administration, configuration, and development of HR and payroll systems
  • Requirements specification and communication with suppliers
  • System testing and version updates
  • Troubleshooting, permissions, and support
  • Training and development of user support materials
  • Documentation, environmental scanning, and networking
  • Providing support in staffing and payroll administration when needed
