Servicedesk Analyst

We are seeking two Servicedesk Analysts to join Itm8 in Stockholm or Malmö. The role involves handling incoming user support requests via phone, troubleshooting, documentation, and providing rapid professional support in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity to develop IT and technical skills while working in a collaborative and supportive team.
Main requirements:
  • Technical education at upper secondary level or equivalent IT support experience
  • Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English
  • Ability to handle a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable using telephone as primary work tool
  • Ability to work structured and prioritize tasks
Responsibilities:
  • Receive and manage incoming calls from users
  • Categorize, prioritize and document support incidents
  • Conduct troubleshooting on services such as Office 365, networks, payment terminals, and applications
  • Place orders within servicedesk scope
  • Follow up on incidents and provide feedback to customers
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing within the team
  • Work according to routines and suggest improvements
Required hard skills:
  • Technical IT knowledge including Office 365 and networking
  • Ability to use servicedesk tools
Recommended hard skills:
  • Knowledge of ITIL framework
  • Experience with servicedesk tools such as ServiceNow or Jira
