Responsibilities:
  • Work in first-line support facing the organization with varied tasks including educational, study-related questions, practical help, and IT support
  • Provide support via three channels: reception visits, incoming cases via ticket systems, and phone support including switchboard
  • Support student workers who primarily staff first-line IT support
