Main requirements:
- Experience in technical roles relevant to embedded systems or hardware-related technologies
- Higher education in a relevant field
- Customer- and business-oriented mindset
- Experience in leadership or personnel responsibility
- Fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a multitasking role balancing leadership and consulting duties
Responsibilities:
- Participate in recruitment interviews and onboarding of new consultants
- Conduct development discussions with employees
- Take part in annual salary reviews
- Plan internal events with leadership team colleagues
- Represent the company at external events such as client events or trade fairs
- Collaborate with Regional Manager to find new assignments for team members
- Build and develop the consulting group within hardware-related technologies
- Maintain close dialogue with team members and support their competence development
Required hard skills:
- Technical expertise in embedded systems or hardware-related technologies
- Recruitment and interviewing skills
- Planning and conducting employee development reviews
- Consultancy experience is highly meritorious
