An experienced Test Analyst/Test Designer with deep expertise in performance, load, and stress testing is sought by an education sector client. The role focuses on digital examination solutions to ensure quality and stability in technical workflows. The work involves collaboration with internal specialists and external partners.
Main requirements:
  • Senior level with total 4–8 years experience, minimum.
  • IT-related education plus at least 5 years practical experience in testing roles such as test leader, test designer, or test analyst.
  • Documented experience leading test teams and coordinating between departments/vendors for at least 3 years.
  • Experience with automated performance testing tools like JMeter, LoadRunner or equivalents, minimum 3 years.
  • Experience planning and conducting load, stress, and endurance tests including KPI analysis for at least 2 years.
  • Experience with technical login standards such as federated authentication for at least 1 year.
  • Fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
Responsibilities:
  • Design test scenarios reflecting real user flows in a digital exam environment.
  • Manage and maintain test data with version control.
  • Conduct stress, load, and endurance testing; analyze and report results.
  • Identify areas for improvement and propose actions to enhance system performance.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams and external suppliers to ensure coordinated testing efforts.
