Windows Technician in Access Management

We are seeking a Windows Technician in Access Management for Saab's IT department, Group IT. You will work in a team with developers and technicians within IAM (Identity Access Management) using the Identity Manager tool from One Identity. This role is part of a dynamic and innovative workplace where your skills contribute to secure management of Saab's identities.
Main requirements:
  • Good knowledge of Windows infrastructure
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting
  • Experience with relational databases and T-SQL
  • Familiarity with directory services such as Active Directory
  • At least 2 years experience in Windows environments and technical support/administration
  • Proficient in Swedish and English, both oral and written
  • Ability to work full-time onsite (no remote work)
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and operate the IAM tool Identity Manager from One Identity
  • Handle queries and cases in the issue tracking system
  • Collaborate with other technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Develop and maintain documentation
  • Provide support and assistance to colleagues
