Create and maintain technical documentation for advanced products and customer projects at Saab AB, including user manuals and related materials, using XML and S1000D standards, collaborating within a team and with various departments.
Main requirements:
  • Several years of experience as a technical writer
  • Knowledge and practical use of XML
  • Experience with UpTime system
  • Familiarity with implementing and maintaining S1000D standards
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and English
  • Experience with Simplified Technical English
  • Analytical and meticulous working style
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
  • Security clearance eligibility according to current regulations
Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain technical documents, user manuals, and related materials
  • Structure and organize technical information using XML
  • Work with UpTime to ensure high availability and reliability in systems
  • Implement and maintain S1000D standards for technical publications
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with different departments to ensure document accuracy and updates
