We are looking for a Permit Manager to be a key player in some of Sweden's most exciting and socially important infrastructure projects at Eltel. This role involves planning, coordination, and communication with authorities to ensure projects have all necessary permits and are ready to start. The position offers diverse responsibilities, professional development, and a collaborative work environment by the water in Gothenburg.
Main requirements:
  • Completed high school education, preferably in technology/electricity/construction or equivalent work experience
  • Valid B driving license
  • Good understanding of authority processes and technical documentation
  • Experience in technical infrastructure or construction projects
  • Post-secondary education in technology, electricity, construction or other relevant field (meritorious)
Responsibilities:
  • Identify permit needs, submit applications, and communicate with relevant authorities
  • Monitor approved permits and ensure projects are ready to start
  • Regularly follow up on project status and handle deviations
  • Document and communicate with construction managers, project managers, and authorities
  • Create and update traffic safety plans and technical drawings of utility locations
  • Coordinate information and participate in coordination meetings
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the project
Required hard skills:
  • Knowledge of authority permit processes
  • Technical project documentation handling
  • Experience with infrastructure or construction projects
Recommended hard skills:
  • Understanding of construction law, AB04 & ABT06 contracts, BAS U/P regulations
  • Knowledge in civil engineering and groundwork
