Support Technician

An experienced consultant with a strong technical background and genuine interest in software quality is sought. The role involves improving collaboration between product development and technical support, handling technically complex software-related cases, and ensuring high product quality and user experience. The position is based in Gothenburg, on-site.
Main requirements:
  • At least five years of experience in technical support related to software products, preferably combined with roles involving test leadership or project coordination
  • Strong competence in troubleshooting and problem-solving with customer focus
  • Very good knowledge of IP networks and related infrastructure
  • University degree in a technical field such as electronics or computer engineering
Responsibilities:
  • Receive, analyze, and follow up on technically complex cases related to software products
  • Technical troubleshooting and documentation of cases
  • Handle feedback and inquiries related to the product
  • Facilitate valuable technical feedback to development teams and other key stakeholders
  • Work closely with internal teams and external contacts, often in an international context
