ERP Project Manager Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM

A multifaceted role in a changing landscape, collaborating with customers, colleagues, and suppliers to lead ERP implementation projects and long-term digital transformation efforts using Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM.
Main requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years experience as a project manager within ERP, either in consulting or client side.
  • Coaching leadership style with ability to elevate others' performance.
  • Structured with a clear process mindset and strong interest in business processes and flows.
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to build trust and adapt communication to audience.
  • Fluent in both English and Swedish, capable of working in national and international settings.
Responsibilities:
  • Take overall responsibility for project progress, follow-up, and results.
  • Build trust with customers through good progress, order, and clear communication.
  • Work closely with the entire project organization, including own team and customer teams.
  • Ensure the team has the right conditions to execute their expertise.
  • Manage challenges related to resources, subprojects, scope changes, and timelines.
  • Work initially on implementation projects with continuing responsibility on long-term customer engagements and continuous improvement.
  • Apply and help develop agile project methodology with project manager colleagues.
Required hard skills:
  • Project management within ERP implementations.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM or prior versions like F&O and AX.
  • Experience coordinating with solution architects and stream leads.
  • Ability to work with agile project methodologies.
Recommended hard skills:
  • Experience with other ERP systems such as NAV/Business Central, Jeeves, M3, Visma, IFS, SAP or third-party ISV solutions.
