Technical Subproject Manager IT

We are seeking an experienced Technical Subproject Manager for IT/Network for a large and long-term infrastructure project aimed at developing a modern headquarters of approximately 52,000 square meters. The project includes advanced technical installations and environments, where some parts are executed internally according to applicable regulations. Move-in is planned for the first quarter of 2030.
Main requirements:
  • Documented experience in leading projects within IT and network infrastructure
  • In-depth knowledge of technical installations such as UPS, backup power, cooling systems, and technical premises
  • Structured and result-driven approach with the courage to drive work forward
  • Good pedagogical skills to make complex relationships easy to understand
  • Ability to create engagement and collaboration among various stakeholders
  • Understanding of the interplay between different project parts and ability to make well-balanced prioritizations
Responsibilities:
  • Lead subproject scheduling, budgeting, and deliveries
  • Prepare requirements specifications and competence needs
  • Ensure resources and coordinate with other technical disciplines
  • Plan, monitor, and report project progress
  • Drive cooperation and dialogue with operations and requirement setters
  • Ensure all technical requirements and standards are met
  • Manage project risks according to established procedures
  • Develop input for areas and IT infrastructure (fiber, ducts, networks, etc.)
  • Provide advice and support on IT infrastructure issues to client and property owner
  • Prepare procurement documentation according to LOU, LUF and LUFS and participate in evaluations
  • Review design documentation, sketches, and drawings and provide feedback
  • Participate in weekly project meetings and report status of subproject
  • Update project status in project tools (e.g. Antura)
  • Compile final report and ensure handover to operations organization
Required hard skills:
  • Project management within IT and network infrastructure
  • Knowledge of technical installations such as UPS, backup power, and cooling systems
  • Knowledge of technical rooms including server, technical, and cross-connection rooms
  • Ability to prepare technical requirements and procurement documentation
Recommended hard skills:
  • Experience with procurement processes under LOU, LUF, and LUFS
  • Experience using project management tools like Antura
