Join Trafikverket as a Technical Proximate Administrator where you will help protect Sweden's transport system by managing and developing the agency's analysis platforms and technical infrastructure.
Main requirements:
- Professional experience as a team leader for an agile team within operations or IT management
- Post-secondary education in Data/IT or equivalent relevant work experience
- Very good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
- Good proficiency in English, both spoken and written
Responsibilities:
- Provide input for management planning including resource needs and financial calculations
- Create conditions for the management team to deliver by promoting psychological safety, participation, and engagement
- Plan and lead work, follow up and ensure management aligns with agreed requirements and delivery levels
- Ensure all technical documentation for IT solutions is prepared and updated
- Handle escalations within management and remove obstacles
- Plan and follow up IT changes ensuring activities are conducted
- Manage identified faults, IT incidents, problems, and improvement suggestions
- Monitor external developments and convey ideas regarding technological advancements
- Capture and analyze IT needs
- Collaborate with related management areas
- Report management status
